The all-inclusive offer includes non-alcoholic drinks, open beer and wine, as well as tea and coffee. You can use this offer as often and as much as you want until 10pm. All meals in the restaurant as well as our new 24/7 sauage stand, the pizzeria and our popular “Family Fondue” are included in the all inclusive offer. Baby food and jars are not included in the all inclusive offer, but can be prepared and warmed up. In order to guarantee fair prices, we ask you to treat us fairly and only pour the drinks into the glasses provided. Bottling or similar would seriously affect our price calculation and is therefore not desirable in the interest of all of us. For drinks and food taken to the rooms, we take the liberty of charging the normal retail prices.

Times: In the restaurant at meal times. In the Lobby Bar from 15.30 to 22.00.

At the bar in the new panorama restaurant from 7.30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and in the winter garden from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., you are “the boss” and can tap your drinks without restriction.

We have free seating in our restaurant and no fixed tables are assigned. Only for our popular Family Fondue a table is prepared for you. If you are coming with a large family, we will be happy to discuss seating options on arrival.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot cook separately for persons with allergies in our hotel. Due to the technical requirements and structural conditions of our kitchen and buffet areas, we cannot guarantee that a product processed by us does not contain any traces of possibly allergenic ingredients. In particular, the risk of cross-contamination of food with particles via the airway (e.g. gluten) unfortunately cannot be completely ruled out. All dishes at the buffet are labelled with the allergens they contain. Our kitchen team will be happy to help you with the selection of dishes at the buffet. In the case of gluten and lactose intolerances, we are happy to provide industrially produced products (e.g. gluten-free bread/bread rolls) in their original packaging, unopened and untreated, as well as lactose-free milk.

The rooms are available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival, on the day of departure we ask you to leave the rooms by 10:00 am. Please plan your arrival accordingly, check-in before 10:00 a.m. is not possible.

At check-in, all names incl. date of birth, address, car registration number and your mobile phone number will be requested so that you can be reached on site.

For children up to 2 years, a baby cot including nappy pail and changing mat is automatically provided free of charge in the room. A bottle warmer and kettle can be borrowed free of charge at reception, subject to availability.

You have the possibility to monitor your children via your telephone in the room and your own mobile phone. You can set this up conveniently on site at the reception.

On request, you can get a bathrobe at our reception for € 5,- per bathrobe (except for regular guests). A deposit of € 20,- (also for regular guests) will be charged upon issue. If the robe is returned, the amount will be deducted from the total bill.

Of course, four-legged friends are part of the family for many people, and this is also the case here. However, there are exceptions: dogs must stay outside in the spa area and the restaurant. There is a charge of € 20.00 per pet per night. Registration is necessary when making a reservation.

Our family resort is very centrally located in the middle of Werfenweng on the car-free village square and is a perfect starting point for your summer and winter holiday. The Rosnerköpfl village cable car is about 30 metres away.

There are several car parks around our resort. You will find the following parking signs as soon as you enter Werfenweng:

  • P2a (Family Resort)
  • P2b (Family Resort)
  • P3 (Ski Museum)
  • P2c (New behind P3, not yet signposted)

Please note the car-free zone at the main entrance and the village square.

Your bill must be paid at check-out and can be paid in cash, by EC/Debit or credit card (Master Card, Visa). Please have your PIN ready when paying by credit card. Please inform us of any other billing arrangements (address/price breakdown) before check-in. A deposit is not necessary. Please do not make a deposit shortly before arrival!

You can make your booking online or we will be happy to accept your reservation. You will receive a reservation confirmation from us, which must be signed and returned to us (by e-mail, fax or post). Your room is only firmly booked once we have received your confirmation. You have 1 week to do this. At the same time as your confirmation, you can easily take out travel cancellation insurance.

The right of cancellation according to § 18 para. 1 line 10 FAGG does not apply. If the holiday is cancelled, we must charge as follows (This also applies in the event of late start of holiday or early departure.):

  • up to 1 month – no cancellation fee
  • from 1 month to 2 weeks before the arrival date 40% of the travel price
  • from 2 weeks to 1 week before the arrival date 70% of the travel price
  • in the last week before the arrival day 90% of the travel price

In principle, a reservation before arrival is not necessary for all offers in the hotel and Werfenweng. You will receive the Werfenweng Card on site, as well as your appointment for the massage. Registration for the children’s club also takes place on site. Of course, the principle of availability always applies. We also rent out buggies in summer (€ 50.00 deposit in cash), and you can easily rent a sledge in winter from Sport Alpin opposite the hotel.

Last but not least, something funny. From Gut Wengenhof to Gut Werfenwengen to Wengerhof, we have already heard many names. Admittedly, it can be confusing, but the correct name is Gut Wenghof – Family Resort in Werfenweng. Of course we are happy to listen to your suggestions for our pet name, we are already curious!
