Gut Wenghof Family Resort has declared the protection of the environment to be an important pillar of its corporate philosophy. Our goal is to keep our impact on the environment low in the present and future, while doing the best possible for our guests and employees.

We are proud to meet the criteria of the Austrian and European Eco-Labels for accommodation establishments and to be certified as a particularly sustainable business.

This eco-label gives consumers, public and private buyers alike, the opportunity to more easily identify environmentally friendly products and services whose quality has been tested against government-approved criteria. The criteria of the Austrian/European Eco-label for accommodation establishments are intended to minimize the greatest environmental impact that occurs during the three phases of the service life cycle (purchase, provision, disposal) and to positively support the social and cultural impact of a tourism business.
